Conrad-Johnson Premier Twelve Mono Block Tube Amplifiers (2)

These are vintage mono block tube amplifiers in Mint condition! I purchased these georgeous amps brand new in 1995, after meeting with and discussing the possibility with Lew Johnson at the Stereophile Audio Show in Miami. They have less then 300 hours of playing time on them and look brand new.  I am a private seller, not a dealer. They have been meticulously cared for and handled with kid gloves since they were new, and it shows.

The Premier Twelve shares the same basic audio circuit directly derived for their flagship Premier Eight amplifier. Output power is developed by 6550s, chosen for their excellent sonic character, high power, and reliability. Each channel of the Premier Twelves uses four 6550s to produce 140 watts per each mono chassis. Massive output transformers afford extended bandpass and high phase linearity.

Each conrad-johnson component was patiently and carefully hand assembled, then individually inspected and its performance verifeid by an experienced audio technician before it was sold.
