McIntosh MC-2205 Soid State Power Amp Free Delivery SF Bay Area

We have for sale a very nice McIntosh MC-2205 solid state power amp with meters. Everything works great and was tested to spec on our state of the art test instruments. We've been selling fine secondhand audio equipment in Berkeley since 1974 and stand behind our products. We include a six month parts and labor warranty for home, non-commercial use. The amp must be delivered back to us by the buyer in the unlikely event it needs warranty service!

Cosmetically we have to give it a 7 by the strict guidelines of Audiogon but it really looks quite good especially for its age. There is some very minor pitting on the chrome chassis and bubbling near the headphone jack under the glass. With output transformers you can use it to deliver full power even at very low impedance. Sorry, no factory box but an original, clean owners manual is included.

Because of its weight and vulnerability of  the glass (especially without factory packing) we offer this as a local only sale. We will however offer with advance payment to deliver it at no extra charge within 100 miles (each way) from us in Berkeley. The delivery includes handing it off to you on the ground floor and assistance removing it from our truck. Hook-up, installation and carting it up flights of steps is NOT included!

Because we are a licensed business we must add 9.5% State Sales Tax.
