This receiver has the most amount of bang for your buck in its class. Being able to handle any beginner and middle class system you could put in your house. To be absolutely immersed in full surround sound capabilities you can not go wrong with this receiver.
This does come with the spacial setup mic for the auto calibration on full surround systems. Make sure to follow instructions or YouTube. (you will need at least a 5.1 in order to fully experience the 360 mapping setup by the calibration mic)
