Update: I confirmed with store I purchased that this unit is the 8K version currently advertised.

Bought this gear new last summer, so well less than a year old. While I could rate a 10, it has been unboxed and installed so rating as a 9. See my other listing for the Anthem MCA-525 Gen2 I am also selling. That said, no known scratches or blemishes. I have had rack mounted in my home without kids, smoking, or pets. We are moving at the end of May and do not have a Home Theater in our new place so must reluctantly let this go. I have all the original packing materials and box. Will throw in rack mount kit at no additional cost. Been selling and buying pre-owned A/V equipment on Ebay since Apr2002 (over 20 years) so you will not be disappointed. While new to AudioGonN, I have a great profile on Ebay and have decided to list on AudiogoN since this equipment is somewhat "high end." See attached partial reviews. Buying up for excellent gear like the AVM-90 will give you years of enjoyment and full immersive theater audio at 9.6.4. This provides 9 channels horizontally around the listening area, 6 ceiling mounted atmos channels, and 4 independently tuned subwoofer channels. Awesome!

Being a sophisticated pre/pro I can ship double boxed for extra protection. Recommend adding insurance to protect your purchase. Not sold with hard copy Owner Manual, as manufacturer now provides as PDF on line
