Thorens TD-850 Excelllent Condition

This is a gently played Thorens TD-850 with TP300 (Rega) tonearm. The table was designed and built by Acoustc Signature (according to a review by Michael Fremer). The tonearm is VTA adjustable. The table is extremely well built, with a triple layer plinth, 9 lb aluminium platter, and external power supply with switchable speeds. It has a very smooth yet scratch resistant finish. There are no scratches or blemishes on the table, platter, tonearm, or power supply. Rated 8 only for age, it's in excellent condition overall. The tonearm lever has some play but raises and lowers smoothly.
The 46 lb table rests on three adjustable feet with padded discs that won't scratch furniture. Accessories include a dustcover, two cork mats, a felt mat, Shure guage, aluminum centerweight, alignment protractor, 7-inch adapter, tonearm instructions, square belt, and original box with foam packing. No interconnects included.
The table plays very smooth with dead quiet backgrounds. I tapped on the plinth while playing and no noise can be heard. No cartridge included, but I got excellent results with two Denons and an Ortofon Bronze.
The original box is very sturdy, the dimensions are 13" tall by 26" wide by 19" deep and weighs about 60 pounds for shipping purposes. But since I believe in extra safety for shipping turntables, I will have the table double boxed at no additional charge to the winning buyer. I prefer paypal so I will absorb paypal fees.
