This table is a MkV (latest) and has approximately 300 hours on it: Much less on the upgraded parts.
Conservatively rated a condition eight only due to age.
It currently lists for $2500 WITHOUT an arm, and has the following $1000 worth of upgrades:
VTA adjuster
Finger Lock replacement for tonearm bolt
Tonearm decoupling Kit
Michelle Engineering Technoweight
The MkV came with the Sensodamp stuff factory installed, and the latest power supply, motor, springs and feet - so there are really no upgrades left to do, unless you want to eliminate the acrylic plinth and dust cover like the cheaper SE model (if you consider that an upgrade).
The Rega RB 600 arm listed for $700 and is a considerable improvement over the ubiquitous RB 300, as it has tighter tolerances, a metal stub and upgraded Koltz Glitz internal wiring. This is why I never upgraded the arm wiring - no need.
The TT comes with a Grado Platinum cartridge ($350) with approximately 300 hours on it. It is also a very good match for Rega arms in general.
All in all there is about $4500 invested. These tables last a lifetime and have a strong reputation for quality and great sound, even without the upgrades. The upgrades pretty much bring the unit within spitting distance of the Orbe ($5500 w/o tonearm).
I have the original boxes for most parts, but I'm fastidious when it comes to packing. IT WILL BE WELL PACKED.
