Pair of VTL mono amps are one owner units. Amps work well and are in very good cosmetic condition. These come with the manual and double boxed in original boxes. You are paying for amps with a money back guaranty if you are not pleased. Tubes you are not paying for (consider them a gift) no returns or complaints for a tube damaged in transit. You are choosing to be a tube amp buyer, tube risk is yours.
