Here we have the perfect preamp for your dream tube system…a Rogue Audio Magnum 66 Tube preamp with MM Phono stage in very nice shape.

All the switches operate nicely, the volume control works smoothly, and it sounds great in my test system.

It uses 6DJ8 tubes in the PHONO section, which are showing their age a bit, since one channel has a BIT more noise than the other, but it still sounds great, and we will leave it to you to replace the tubes with the brand of your choice whenever you want.

This preamp has no remote control, but it does have lots of INPUTS. There’s MM PHONO (only for turntables), TUNER, TAPE, CD, AUX1 and AUX2.

If you need another set of preamp outputs to feed a second amp or a powered subwoofer, an internal switch turns the little used TAPE RECORD OUTPUTS into ACTIVE OUTPUTS.

The external power supply insures low noise.

It will come with the power supply, a power cord, and a copy of the owner’s manual.
