I purchased this amp new about three years ago because I was "tube curious", and it has not disappointed. It has worked flawlessly for the whole time I've had it, and I am reluctantly selling it now because I need to downsize. It's in perfect working order. The sound is full and smooth and detailed and will not disappoint.

It comes with two complete sets of tubes:
2 sets of 8 x Electro-Harmonics EL34 (matched sets)
2 sets of 2 x 12AX7
2 sets of 2 x 12AT7 (also matched sets)

All tubes should be in good working order with lots of life left in them. The Tung Sol 12AX7s and the Genalex Gold Lion B739 (12AT7 equiv) I'm including are brand new (3 weeks old). The Genalex B739 tubes alone were $65.

I was constantly amazed at how well this amp drove my speakers, and how good it sounds. It has no trouble at all driving my Acoustat 2+2 electrostatic speakers (with the 4 ohm tap) as loud as I ever wanted it, and with a smooth listenable sound. The amp is easy to bias and there is a LED for each output tube that lets you know if the tube is in bias range. The instruction manual clearly outlines the process, and I only needed to adjust it about twice/year.

The unit is in very good to excellent condition, 8-9/10 conservatively, with no marks or scratches at all on the face, and only very slight marks on the black metal cover, not even qualifying as scratches, that I had a hard time capturing in the photos. There is a small crack on the plastic insulators of the 4 ohm speaker binding posts (see photo), but they are not too noticeable and do not affect the performance in any way. All the switches are smooth and noise free.
