Classic Conrad Johnson PV-12L tube preamplifier in excellent cosmetic and working condition. The faceplate is in mint condition with no scratches or digs. The chassis is in excellent overall condition with a couple barely noticeable tiny scratches towards the rear which are very hard to notice. It comes with a copy of the owners manual and literature.
Many believe the PV-12 was the best design of the PV-series preamps. The strong point of the unit is a fabulous, liquid midrange. It throws a wide, deep soundstage and presents an extremely musical, non-fatiguiging sound. The tone and character of the sound is phenomenal, with just a "naturalness" to the sound that is very compelling.
