Stereophile Class A. When only the best will do! Check out Jonathan Scull’s Stereophile review on-line! For your consideration: This beautiful looking (Jaguar Carnival Red) and beautiful sounding amplifier. In Stereophile Jonathan gushed over it’s performance. "The sound was big and deep; imaging way outside the speakers." He marveled at the flexibility. The sound in ultra linear was ravishing, but then he switched on-the-fly to TRIODE! It’s Triode performance was stunning, and that’s where he left it for the remainder of the review. It’s worth noting that Jonathan was driving the big JMLab Utopia speakers in triode (it’s that powerful) and that in his summary he said...wonderful, marvelous,"highly recommended!" Very conservatively rated at 8/10. Frankly, there’s not much more to add except that this is a remarkable opportunity to buy serious high end performance for modest dollars. This amp is absolutely amazing. Read the reviews then buy it! PS: To Toby...new tubes, will work perfectly out of the box for your RMAF!
