Good looking, but age/use showing rare TEAC X-2000M Mastering Reel to Reel. It comes with the hubs, the black TEAC take up reel and one Maxell take up reel and a new set of belts that I purchased on ebay.
I am also including a photocopied binder with Users Manual and Service Manual.
All lights work (buttons and level meters)...the ffwd and rewind work, but when play is pressed, it ffwds...I am not sure if its just the belts (They look loose or slacked) or something else. The inside looks clean and unmolested. The heads look clean with plenty of life in them, but that is a visual judgement only.
When I hold the left capstan up a tad, the player does play ok. So the play function works. But, I don't have any tapes to test the recording quality.
I have sold other reel to reel and vintage gear and know how to pack well.
