TRL Tube Research Labs Samson mkII Monoblock SS amps

These were built by Paul of TRL recently (under one year old) and are his very latest effort with all improvements. They have the musical notes top plate option and special highlighting of the Samson engraved name on the face. These work flawlessly and are very, very quiet. Never an issue and a joy to own. 300 watts per channel of the sweetest SS power you will ever hear. They run cool and never even get warm. I added some anti-vibration damping material under the top plate and in key areas. I also upgraded the input and output signal wire to excellent Neotech pure copper ICs and hook up wire. In very nice condition as the pictures show. The top plates with special musical notes engraving have areas that look rough or antique. I am not sure if this is the purposeful look or imperfections. They look fantastic however. The amps are the best solid state amps I have owned or heard as they are wide open and absolutely at ease no matter the music or volume. Instruments and music are presented with uncanny vibrancy, scale, dynamics and natural ease. Even the most complex passages are rendered with ease and layers apon layers of musical finesse. Those who have been on this site know I have posted a great deal about these amps and other topics. I am only selling to prepare for pending back surgery.
