Marantz AV7702 Dolby Atmos Pre-Pro in pristine condition

If you are looking for a spectacular Pre/Pro with the addition of Dolby Atmos, at a great value-this is it. This piece of AV equipment has been well-documented and is one of the first pieces of high end AV to incorporate ATMOS height channels which is amazing.
I like this item so much, I decided to upgrade to the AV8802 which is double the cost at $4K.
I am an AV enthusiast and after purchasing the item, it has sat on my AV rack powered with Classe AMP's and run with Kimber Kable. It has been turned off every night and used only for Home Theater so it has very low hours after being purchased around a year ago or so. Item has no flaws that I can find and comes with original remote, manual and ships in the original box. It also includes the mic for setting things up.
