Not the version 2 with the slightly shorter signal path but the same features and bass management etc. I don’t think you’ll find a better bargain at this price for transparency and futures so why not save the extra money for a good power amplifier.. You’ll find many more reviews of this preamp over the version 2 so check them out! Over 3 yeas left on the 5 year transferable warranty. It has seen very little use as a second system and I’m selling to get a NuForce surround system. Purchased 11/25/12. I inspected it and see no scratches , Will include a copy of the invoice original double box and remote. Im the original owner! BUYER PAYS 3% PAY PAL AND SHIPPING FROM 19403
