The Citation 21 is a solid state preamp from Harmon Kardon . It's a great sounding preamp with 1 moving magnet phono input and 1 moving coil phono input, 2 tape inputs, tuner, CD Direct input, regular CD input, and a Video input. The preamp is in mint condition both inside and outside. This great and valuable preamp was sold for $630.00, back about 15 years ago. At that time $630.00 was big money! This is wonderful sounding preamp and comes with the great sounding phono section. The preamp is worth the asking price just for the phono inputs.All functions of the preamp are working very well, including all lights. this is a beautiful design with best components and heavily built power supply.
