Aragon 8008 New Dual Mono Amp by the new Indy Audio Labs

The junior version Acurus, does not have the current capability of the Aragon and has been selling used for about the cost of the better grade Aragon. This is the NEW dual mono two channel amp by Indy Audio Labs. This is NOT a ten year old version of the 8008. It is NOT the 8008bb or 8008st nor an earlier version made by Klipsch. According to the company it is "based"on the
former Mondial design with significant updates such as networking capability and the ability to show amp status and temp. etc. on a computer and controlled by the i pad. This is a heavy well built amp at 200 watts/channel at 8 ohms and 400 at 4 ohms. Do a little research and discover what a great amp this is.
Very low distortion numbers. Several nice comments about performance during show appearances from the major audio magazines. Excellent review of the sister brand, Acurus amp. Clean layout under the cover with easy access to fuses. Great bass response, large scale dynamics are just some of my observations with this amp. The previous versions were classics. Rated as such to conform to the stringent standards and be safe but I cannot locate any scratches and has been used only occasionally 2-4 hours/week. be assured there are. About 1 year old. Original owner bought direct from the factory. This is a large and heavy amp and I would prefer pick up but will use original double boxes for shipping. Price is firm given the age and condition and competitive pricing. Rated conservatively.
