This MHT-100 includes TM-1 tuner, remote, manual, and comes straight from factory refurbishing in Binghamton in clean double-box McIntosh shipping cartons -- still sealed. Rating is for age; physical and cosmetic condition is excellent. Note that its excellent DAC is still up-to-date in performance; BluRay players with built-in processing can be connected with single-ended cables instead of HDMI. Price is below blue-book; shipping extra. A beautiful piece.
