Wonderful phono stage from BAT, this example has the famous oil-in-paper "depth charge" capacitors. Just back from BAT earlier this year for check-up and 8 new tubes at the factory (except the two stout rectifiers), so it is in fabulous condition. As the original owner, I can say this is truly a fantastic-sounding phono stage, and I will hate to see it go. Strengths are remarkable, deep soundstage with incredibly subtle details, yet without any glare or edge. I've compared it to ARC, Zesto, Whest and others in my own system, and always preferred it.
