I have upgraded and its time to sell my NHT Classic Four Floorstanders.
These are really nice high-end units. Finish is the very attractive chocolate brown "Special Dark" finish.
I would say they are in good (but not perfect) used condition. There are a few scratches on the front of one tower, but these are not very noticable from any reasonable distance. The drivers are in decent shape but there a couple of dents etc:
These speakers sound great and the pictures do not do them justice - they are really very nice looking.
Now for the big thing - they have been modified for active biamping. Everything is stock on the upper 3 drivers but the crossover on the 2 subs has been bypassed - those drivers are now connected directly to the binding posts. You will need to have two amps and some kind of line level crossover to run these. The original crossovers are still in there and could be reconnected with a couple of hours of work.
The guy I bought them from lost the stock spikes so I bought a set of very attractive black chrome spikes/cones from the bay. They are included.
Priced to sell at $525 for the pair. The speakers are located in Moravia, NY. I don't have boxes so I can't ship but I would consider driving up to two hours to deliver them or meet halfway.
