Flawless pair of rosewood Confidence C-1 MkII's offered for sale with heavy black Paradigm speaker stands included at asking price. Purchased 4/13 and only being sold, as I upgraded to a $32k full-range Verity Audio speaker, whose high frequencies don't quite match the silky smooth treble of the Dynaudio Esotar 2 tweeter. I almost didn't buy the Verity's, b/c the Dyns were so competitive with them, offering maybe 75% of what a $32k speaker offers.Why pay more for the C-1 Signature or the Confidence Platinum, which only offer aesthetic upgrades, when these are functionally the same speakers. Buyer pays shipping & Paypal fees.

Rob Rob, there is a 4 yr old pair of Mk 1's with a nick on them for that price on Audiogon right now. Maybe that pair is for you.
