Birch Acoustics Finch Amazing coherency and well made birch cabinets.

These were considered B stock due to the logos in the back are in two different locations. Extremely well made and the binding posts are made of wood. Included in the price are adapters to accept banana plugs. These would be keepers if I were not selling my small 2nd system. See my ad for the Fatman Itube. I have used both tube and SS from 12 to 50 WPC and they both sounded great. I preferred the tube sound with them as a matter of taste. These are great desk top and small room due to the side ports.

The Finch is our entry level desktop speaker. It is a fantastic little performer and really gives a taste of what filterless fullrange speakers do best. In the near field the imaging is phenomenally accurate from its filterless point-source driver. The tone and harmonics are spot on from its time accurate response. It sounds very well balanced in smaller setups extending from 58Hz- 18Khz; negating the need for a subwoofer. The Finch plays very nice with others: needing as little as 5 watts to rock and is remarkably flexible with placement, sounding great even with its back against a wall.      Specs
