Offered is a pair of very rare Cardas Golden Cross analogue interconnect cable.
One end is male RCA connector and the other is male XLR, length is 55 inches.
The signal flows from RCA to XLR, both connectors/terminations are done by Cardas.
It was specially made this way to use my Conrad Johnson pre to drive Krell power.
It's perfect for use between any single-ended preamp to any balanced power amp.
Golden Cross has been discontinued and replaced by the Clear line of cables.
The Clear cables are voiced differently and don't sound as warm/full as the GC.
This pair of cable has the older gray shrink wrap and the typical faded lettering.
I have the Cardas specification sheet but may not be able to find the certificate.
No worry here: these special-order cables were shipped directly from Cardas to me.
I used them since 2007 but sold my CJ/Krell amps in 2011, Cables were in storage since then.
