I have a pair of Piano Black Nola Contenders for sale for $2,300.00. I am the original owner and the speakers have been in my AV system for 2 years.

The Contender speaker is an easy to drive, detailed and natural-sounding speaker. The piano black Steinway-like finish is spectacular with 1 small exception.  The left speaker’s finish is marred with a 4 x 9 mm scratch ~2/3rds the way up.  The mirror like finish makes getting a picture that clearly shows the blemish nearly impossible. The attached image is in natural light and what you see from a distance of 1 foot. The scratch is between the 5" and 5.5" mark roughly center of the image. On the plus side, the same mirror finish prevents you from locating the scratch at distance.
