These modestly scaled tower speakers are made by JM Labs (France), and feature the exotic Tioxide tweeter from the Focal Electra series. They are a transmission line speaker, with a port near the base, so provide very substantial base for a speaker of this size. They are legendary in the high-end community for their musicality--acoustic instruments and vocals sound especially natural.
This particular pair is in flawless mechanical condition, and suffer from some modest cabinet flaws, including scratches on the tops and some separation of the wood layers in the base--flaws which have no impact on the sound quality whatsoever. The grilles fit snugly, but one has a few holes (see pic), not very noticeable when in place (I never used them). No spikes included.
