Audio Physic Tempo VI Speakers
These german made floor standing speakers exhibit all the driver technology that Audio Physic speakers are famous for and in cabinets that are both functional in design and truly beautiful.
Have just rerated them at 7/10 as careful inspection upon unboxing them a 1cm "nick" near the base of one of the speakers was discovered . This was difficult to notice and it was only when I was attaching the footers that I saw it. Other sellers would and could easily list them as 9/10 and mention the defect as the only thing keeping them from being mint. Great speakers discounted to make them a value with a high wife acceptance factor as well. All drivers are immaculate and with the exception of the mark near the base Of one them they are perfect and have only reduced them in price due to this one issue. Have added 2 pics to show tweeter and midrange drivers and as far as the woofers I have never taken off until today I managed to get two off and they are pictured. The fit of the covers is perfect and very difficult to remove and to damage the speakers to reveal what I know to mirror what one speaker shows seems silly. I may try again but the woofer grills are recessed and don't want to try in fear of damaging the veneer
Have added some pictures of the shipping cartons as it was the opinion of an interested party that the boxes looked "pretty beat up". I must disagree and the new photos show that the inner boxes are mint and the outer boxes suffer more from a hurried tape job when I thought they were sold previously to yet another Audiogon member. Anyhow, Hopefully these pictures will show the cartons' condition better. Last two pics are just serial numbers which correspond to the labels on the shipping cartons

| Are you the original owner? When did you purchase these? I assume you have tested them and they are fully functional? 2nd owner and have and do love them. Have enjoyed them intimately for two years and actually wanted in better times to move up the Audio Physics product line but they are expensive . Have reduced them first to sell as I have moved to a smaller listening environment. The final price reduction as I mentioned In the listing is only due to the blemish I discovered recently. Completely functional , amazing performing speakers at a silly low price. At this point I have boxed them up and will keep them if this final Audiogon listing fails to find a buyer. |
