I would imagine that anyone seriously considering purchasing these Aerial Acoustics Model 7 speakers would already be familiar with the brand. You would already know that these are very natural and open sounding full range speakers. While some would say they sound natural and transparent, others would even say they sound "bright" with detailed treble response. You would also know that they are made to be bi-amped with 4 ohm woofers to increase bass response.
What you might not know is that these Aerial Acoustics speakers were donated to the Recycled Theater Project. The mission of Recycled Theater Project is to install donated electronic equipment into community organizations, benefitting youth, veterans, families and our environment. Our equipment comes from donations and is recycled to be re-installed. Our goal will be to install systems that will benefit children, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and veterans. We will also serve the community by providing on-the-job training, teaching the skill of AV System design and installation to apprentice installers. The proceeds from your purchase will go to support the Recycled Theater Project.
This pair of Aerial Model 7 speakers are in good condition for their age. The speakers and drivers them selves are in excellent condition. The cabinet has some light fading from the sun. One of the rubber feet is missing.

| I thought it said no reserve a couple days ago .. whats going on? The reserve was always set. It was set at $1250 when listed, then a few days ago I lowered the price and the reserve. I also extended the auction time because there were no bids yet. |
| The price of the speakers is 950.00 and 200.00 to ship, correct. Out side of the wood fading with age is there any damage to wood finish, grills, or drivers. The reserve price on the speakers is $1000. The speakers will ship, boxed and on a pallet from San Francisco. The actual cost will depend on you location. I received a price of $200 to ship to Southern California and $265 to ship to New Jersey.
The drivers and electronics are perfect. There is no damage and they sound excellent. Besides the wood fading there is no damage to the cabinet. The fabric on one grill is a bit stretched out and bunches on the side but it is hardly noticeable unless you are looking closely, but in the interest of full disclosure one of the grills is 7/10. Also one rubber foot is missing out of 8.
I do not have any of the original packaging and they will be boxed and packed by the freight company, Pilot Freight. |
