Eggleston Works Fontaine 2 Piece Black Granite

Pair of Eggleston Works Fontaines, hi-gloss, black lacquer w signature granite side walls. The granite walled speaks seem to eliminate the reverberating bass/lower mid range that some rooms and placements have with wood box bass reflexers. These are the older configuration wherein the guts of the speaker are in a unit 23" high which could be used as monitor style on furniture or a custom stand. With the matching, hi gloss black lacquer box/stand attached, the speaker converts into full floor standing. The speakers are very heavy and the boxes can be filled with further ballast to make them ominous and totally immobile. They have beautiful magnet mounted removable super thin black fabric grills. Inclds OEM screw on feet and spikes which attach to either the monitors or the lower box stand. Have shipping crates as well. Yeah, crates.
