An exceptional sounding dac even by today's standard this particular unit needs some work on the power supply.  Used in a system which the home had a lightning strike the dac is functional, but the power supply is damaged.  Suspicion is that it needs a Bridge Rectifier and repair cost is estimated at $1200.  Value in working condition is over $5000
The client whom I am selling this for was saving it for parts or to get fixed but he has decided to go a different direction so here we are.
Shipping will be in two boxes and they are not small - figure $150 to most destinations in the US48.  I will ship this anywhere but at buyer's expense.
