Dealer demo unit with one cosmetic issue on remote control only.

Benchmark presently is selling the last of these for $1,295.00 as their line replaces the DAC1 with the DAC2. However, the newer DAC2 does not allow direct interface with an iPad or iPhone without a separately-powered USB hub. Thus, the DAC1 preamp is ideal for use with direct digital inputs from i-devices, which is how I used this unit in my headphone business Nice Cans out of Austin.
The remote has a crease in the button cover, see photo. As I never used the remote in demonstrating headphones, I never dealt with the issue and don't even know how or when it occurred. But the remote works fine.
Unit comes with everything original. You will receive a bill of sale from Nice Cans with a notation that the unit is being sold as a dealer demonstrator unit, fully-serialized, etc.
