Up for consideration is my Benchmark Media Systems DAC-1 Digital to Audio Converter. I am the second owner. The unit is getting an 8 for a rating, but could earn a 9 on most A-goner's scales. It operates perfectly and sounds very nice. I am selling due to the fact that I now have a Benchmark DAC 2 HGC. Part of me says to sell the DAC 2 HGC to get more money from the transaction and keep the DAC 1. That said, slightly better detail on the DAC 2 leads to this posting. The DAC 1 is very good. If I were to do it over again I'd fight the upgrade bug and just keep the DAC 1 and have more in my wallet. Original box, rack mount face plate, screws, and power cord are included. Buyer pays Paypal and shipping fees. Reasonable offers will be considered. I take good care of my gear and my seller rating reflects it. Good luck with your shopping.
