Offered here is the acclaimed ARC DAC7. I’ve been using it with the venerable CD3 Mk II but am moving to a one-box solution.
Cosmetically, the DAC is a solid 9/10 but let’s just say 8/10 so no one is disappointed. Operationally, absolutely no issues, whatsoever but it hasn’t really lead a taxing existence: it has stayed connected to the CD3 via the AES/EBU cable and ... that’s it. In terms of usage, the CDP/DAC combo is pressed and less into service with each passing day as I devote more time to the vinyl setup.
The DAC is being sold with the original double boxes, manual, remote and power chord. Selling for $1,600 and that includes PayPal fees and FedEx Ground shipping to anywhere in the Lower-48. Continental US sales only, please.
