Audio Note Kit 2.1B DAC built by Digital Pete.
Exceptional unit in perfect condition. Still has protective plastic on the front and back panels.
Power supply was upgraded with Mundorf Silver/oil capacitor.
Output coupling caps upgraded with Duelund Cast PIO.
SPDIF input is BNC and RCA.
Original tubes with very little time include:
2 Electro-harmonix 6922EH
1 Bendix JAN CEA 5852 (upgrade from stock)
1 Svetlana 6F3P (upgrade from stock)
Extra set of tubes with about 150 hours:
2 Gold Lion E88CC matched pair
1 Tung-Sol 6X5GT
1 Motorola Mullard ECL82
The
Gold Lion, Tung-Sol, Motorola tube compliment I found to be the most
musical. However, all the tubes can be mixed and matched for enjoyment.
Unit will be packed very well to insure safe arrival.
