Two channel power amplifier with rugged design characteristics coupled with audiophile-grade performance. The AT1202 delivers 120 WRMS into 8 Ohms from 20Hz to 20kHz with no more than 0.03% THD | I.M. distortion with both channels driven. More importantly, the AT1202 offers exceptional stability with complex capacitive and reactive loads enabling maximum speaker flexibility. Gain controls are provided for each channel. Seven year transferable warranty included. If you're building a new system, inquire about bundle pricing for my Pro-Ject Debut III turntable with Ortofon OM40 MM cartridge and the AT1202.
I previously owned a Hafler which I used for over thirty years. The Hafler was extremely reliable and served me well. The AT1202 exhibits similar build characteristics as the Hafler but updated with current technology, soft start circuit, and other enhancements. This amplifier has plenty of power and capable of great things when mated with other audiophile-grade equipment. I purchased the AT1202 new from ATI in January 2012 and used it until my pure Class A amplifier was delivered in April 2012. I did considerable research before buying because money spent, is well, money spent. If you're worried about brand recognition and pedigree, check out the history of SAE equipment (http://www.wardsweb.org/audio/sae_history.html) and you'll recognize the engineering talent which migrated from that company to ATI in Los Angeles.
Refer to the pictures for more detail about this great offer. Contact me if you have any questions. Price is firm - it's 50% off retail (what more could you ask for from audiophile equipment used four months).
