McCormack Micro Integrated Drive
Original owner. Excellent working condition, some extremely minor cosmetic issues, mostly a small discoloration or two on faceplate (see photos). Conservatively rated 7/10. Two analog inputs. One line level output. Locking headphone outputs, binding posts on rear to drive a small pair of speakers in a near field environment (5watts per channel). Has internally adjustable gain.
Legendary McCormack headphone amplifier, powerful, sweet sounding and fast. Doubles as a preamp or small integrated amplifier. As a preamp it can drive long runs of cables without difficulty. This unit can be upgraded by Steve McCormack at SMC Audio, and if you love the way his gear sounds, the upgrades are probably worth the expense. I’m only selling it because I’ve gone with a Benchmark DAC/Headphone amp/Preamp combo that gets two units off my desk.
Comes with original box, manual, and AC adapter.
