Smashing Pumpkins - The Aeroplane Flies High 5x180g Remastered vinyl box set + 1996 5xcd box set of this same album release

This brand new box set arrived from Canada on Saturday 11/22/2014. Sadly, the shipping box was damaged, and sustained a decent corner impact. This impact has caused damage to the outer box that houses the five LP's. The top right corner of the outer box is crumpled like an accordion and the top corner of each album jacket & inserts are bent. The LP's were barely outside the impact zone, and escaped damage. The vinyl LP's appear to be in perfect condition.(Only the box, album jackets + inserts sustained shipping damage). I have already received a partial refund due to the shipping damage, so I have decided to discount this vinyl box set and offer it for sale. To help soften the aesthetics of this vinyl box set, I'm including some awesome bonus items: Smashing Pumpkins - The Aeroplane Flies High original 1996 5xcd box set with miniature photo booklet.

As part of the continuing series of re-issues of The Smashing Pumpkins' acclaimed catalog via Virgin/UME, the iconic alternative band releases a full remastered box set of their platinum-selling 1996 release The Aeroplane Flies High. The original The Aeroplane Flies High was a five-disc box set that featured expanded versions of singles from their acclaimed 1995 double album Mellon Collie & The Infinite Sadness including "Bullet With Butterfly Wings", "1979", "Zero", "Tonight", and "Thirty-Three". Mellon Collie achieved Diamond certification by the RIAA for sales of 10,000,000 discs and digital equivalent per disc (5 million copies of the double album).
