The unit is in
excellent, like-new condition.  I
purchased the unit on 1-31-2014.  It
comes with original box and a Venom HC 20 amp power cord (a $295 value).  Used to power
an amp, preamp and cd player.

The
Hydra Alpha Model-4 core filtration elements are identical to those found in
Shunyata's award-winning Triton design, however costs less than half the
Triton's price. The Hydra Alpha Model-4 represent real-world references in
power-delivery that come without the high-cost, system complications or
peak-current limiting of many other so-called "reference" line
conditioner offerings.

The
Hydra Alpha Model-4 utilizes the Triton's MPDA (Multi-Phase Differential Array)
and ZPP-DS (Zero-Point Power Distribution Buss System) to offer a measurable
advantage in peak-current, DTCD™ (Dynamic Transient Current Delivery) as well
as vastly improved CCI (Component To Component Interference) isolation.

Given
the Hydra Alpha Model-4 's size, price and high-current DTCD delivery, it's
application potential is limitless. The Hydra Alpha Model-4 can be used as a
stand-alone power source for a complete four-component system with amplifiers
of any size and current-draw capability. This 4 outlet Hydra-α can also be used
in systems with multiple dedicated lines as a second multi-outlet power source
for high-current amps, projectors, subwoofers, video screens or recording
equipment. The Hydra Alpha Model-4 is lightweight and easy to transport so it
can go anywhere with recording engineers doing remote studio or mastering work.
Perhaps the greatest strength of the Hydra Alpha Model-4 is how well it
isolates CCI (Component to Component Interference), making it an ideal power
distributor for mixed systems. No matter what noise producing electronics are
plugged into the Hydra Alpha Model-4, the MPDA filter network will isolate
incoming and outgoing noise from affecting other electronics plugged into the
unit
