In response to frequent requests for exotic custom plinths for turntables which are not really economically feasible to re-plinth, the Rega RP3 is a good place to meet value with aesthetic.

This one is for the more budget minded, as not everyone wants a double digit thousand$ turntable. This option is for the people who want something that sounds good, is a long time proven performer sonically, and is 'off the charts' gorgeous... This is for people who appreciate something that is fantastically beautiful.

The original plinth for the Rega RP3 is a single thickness of mdf. The Woodsong Rega plinth is 3 layers of void free, Baltic Birch ply. Of course, the finish of this plinth is the same quality as the rest of the Woodsong plinth lineup, that is what is special about this deck. The veneers for these plinths are all cut and surfaced to thickness, 'in house', from boards which are personally selected for use specifically in building fine turntables.

Everything about this plinth is precision, it is an exact copy of the Rega plinth, in terms of layout. The mounting distance of the tonearm is carefully measured to Rega specs.
