Sahara Shadow is the improved version of the popular Sahara Forest which won tweak of the year 2011 award!
Sahara Shadow has a more complex 3 dimensional 9 level crystal formulas compared to the 2 dimensional 6 level formula that Sahara Forest had.
Factory Direct price was $1,100. These VibraPortals take 10 times longer to build than the VibraDomes and are only little better, so they have become discontinued.

Information Sahara Shadow

The noise from the audio system will enter the shadow and disappear. Compared to the popular Sahara Forest, the background is blacker with bigger and more powerful bass in a 3 dimensional soundstage with greater detail and speed. Sahara has a more laid-back sound than the other 3D wooden shells. It gives finer resolution and increased musicality that makes you want to listen forever.

It uses a 3-stage crystal formula in 9 levels, but unlike the other formulas, the cores are placed both vertically and horizontally. Any type of vibration (bending, twisting, flexing) will be taken care of to restore dynamics and bass to the system.
This 3D formula works best for amplifiers or other analog components.

"My favorite product is the Sahara Forest. It exemplifies the Coconut Audio sound that gives increased smoothness, detail and bass extension. And that's only the beginning. Technology

We use a complex array of resonant frequencies to filter out noise from the audio system by using 100% efficient natural minerals.

A resonant frequency is a natural frequency of vibration determined by the physical parameters of the vibrating object. It is easy to get an object to vibrate at its resonant frequencies, hard to get it to vibrate at other frequencies. A vibrating object will pick out its resonant frequencies from a complex excitation and vibrate at those frequencies, essentially "filtering out" other frequencies present in the excitation.

In other words, placing our product touching the audio chassis, will enhance the music frequencies and leave the noise behind.

To do this, we use a mixture of quartz crystals, ore, minerals and powders. The 3D formula was fine-tuned by ear to 0.01 gram accuracy using months of critical listening. It's far more complex than the old 2D formula that was fine-tuned only to 0.1 gram accuracy.
