Combak Harmonix TU-303EX has several different usage.

1) For Players or Amps, directly rest them on TU-303EX

2) For Speakers with spike bases, rest the spike bases on TU-303EX 
(spike bases should never be on "carpet" - soft foundation and sound will be blur, or should never been on "stone" - Music will be too sharp and cold.

3) If you are using Hamonix TU-6xx Beau-Tone feet, OR RF-9xxx spike bases, rest them on TU-303EX. 
(Effect will be better, recommended by Combak Harmonix.)

4) If you are using non-HiFi grade audio rack, put TU-303EX under the machines 
(You will see a major difference and the image, 3D and details will be improved)

5) If you are using HiFi-grade audio rack, but the surface is not good solid wood, put TU-303EX under the machines. 
(Even the vibration control is good of the rack, different surface will give different sound. "steel", "glass", make the music too sharp and cold. MDF wood is better but solid wood is most desirable)
