Offered here is a nearly-new one-user (two-owner) VPI 16.5 record cleaning machine. I purchased this on Audiogon less than a month ago as a backup for my Hannl Mera. After it arrived I was able to find another Hannl Mera here on Audiogon. Since I've owned it I have used this VPI exactly zero times. I took it out of the box, made sure that it arrived intact, tested the functions for a few seconds and that was it. Back in storage it went.
Cosmetically it's in exceptionally great condition. I wouldn't hesitate to label it a 9/10. No chips, dings, or markings. The inside cleaning area looks new, as does the velvet on the vacuum pickup wand.
This is a later-version machine, as evinced by the rocker switches. All packaging is present and the shipping box is sound.
Being sold with the original power chord, cleaning brush, cleaning fluid (about 75% full), manual and a brand new, in the box Mobile Fidelity cleaning brush.
Price of $395 includes PayPal fees and FedEx Ground shipping to anywhere in the Lower-48. Shipping only to a confirmed Continental US address. Price is firm and I will not respond to offers.
