SME 10 turntable with SME V tonearm

Mint condition SME Model 10 turntable, latest version, original owner, about one year old and in immaculate condition with very low hours. Includes the legendary SME Model V arm which is also in excellent condition but has a couple tiny marks in the paint at the corner of the headshell (see photos) and also some rub marks where the arm goes into the rest, which is typical for SME arms. This arm is about a $4000 upgrade from the standard SME 10 arm and makes a huge difference in performance, as the tonearm is probably the single most important factor in the performance of an analog rig, and the SME V is legendary for good reason.

Includes a really nice custom solid wood platform made from alternating American Black Walnut and Northern Hard Maple (and the layers alternate not only in wood type, but grain direction). This is a VERY nice platform for this table and superior to just about anything. Includes 5 Sorbothane hemispheres that the platform sits on-- which in conjunction with the table's own isolation, gives extremely good isolation, far beyond the bare turntable. Not to mention it looks just plain awesome...

Also includes a nice custom-made acrylic dust cover which is perfect for this table.
