McIntosh MR 78 SOLID STATE FM/FM STEREO TUNER "The Best Analog FM Tuner From McIntosh"

Up for your consideration is the famous McIntosh MR 78 Solid State FM/FM Stereo Tuner. This Tuner is considered by many as the "Best" FM Stereo Tuner McIntosh has ever made. This unit was purchased new by the original owner in the 70’s and was used sparingly because he traveled around the world and mostly listened to vinyl when enjoying his McIntosh system. This Tuner works fine but has a couple of flaws in the front face where the black painted interior side peels away from the front glass, Shown in 2-of my pictures. This is a Very common issue in all of McIntosh equipment. I’ve rated this Tuner a 6/10 to be very conservative because of the 2-face issues.
