Triode Corp of Japan TRX-2 MM/MC Preamplifier

Like new condition Triode Corp. of Japan TRX-2 Preamplifier. All tube line stage with tube rectification. Has one set of balanced inputs and outputs, three RCA inputs plus a phono RCA input and two preamp outputs. MM and MC phono stage built in. The MC section is good for cartridges with a minimum of .5MV output. This is a great sounding unit with defeatable tone controls and remote. Very three dimensional and does an excellent job of outlining instruments and voice in space.

Purchased directly from the U.S. distributor Santy Oropel, the unit comes with a full year warranty from him. This is the preamp that Triode uses with their 845 Mono-blocs and Acoustic Zen Crescendos at many  the high end shows where the combination has been voted best of show.
