Serious Stereo 2a3 monoblocks w/ EML 2a3 Meshplates

I am selling my Serious Stereo 2a3 monoblocks which are in great condition. These are incredible sounding amps when matched up with an efficient speaker. They put out 1-2 watts but sound like much more with incredible grip on the bass. I have used with speakers as low as 95db with very good results. Best match would be speakers around 98db up. I am including a really nice pair of Emission Labs 2a3 meshplate tubes ($550), a pair of JJ 2a3 tubes with only 20 hrs ($250) and multiple 7B4 driver tubes and several 5v3 rectifier tubes. I am selling because I decided to start downsizing my system. In doing so I went with smaller speakers that need a little more power. There is much information about these amps on the internet. We have only 2 stages of amplification-- each is a symmetrically-built, "perfect" triode, operated in Triode, Class-A mode. We feel that additional stages lose too much musical expression and dynamics. No coupling devices, such as interstage transformers, or capacitors are used as we feel that these items cause large signal-integrity problems and account for homogenizing, delays, and losses of musical information. Therefore, no coupling devices of any kind are used in Serious Stereo amplifiers. You are listening through silver wire, 2 symmetrical vacuum tubes, and one output transformer. CARDAS silver speaker posts route the signal to your speaker cables. This attention to detail makes all the difference. You get maximum fidelity and dynamics.
