Bear with me here, I'll keep it short but needs explanation. Please google Randall Amp One Electron for complete history. Amp is a brute with Massive One Electron UBT-1 trannies with 4, 8, and 16ohm outputs. Keep in mind this amp is heavy, huge trannies and 14 gauge steel chassis. I don't think proper to name names but the amp was hand asembled by founder/marketer with assistance of lead engineer, all of famous deHavilland Electric. I bought it directly from GK. Amp is basically a dual-mono with -
2x-6SJ7; 2x-6SN7; 2x-5AR4 and 4x-EL 34 outputs for 13 watts in pentode, 7 watts in triode. Front switch controls this action. Great design, heavy duty build and sounds tremendous. Amp has captured power cord. As I said in another lisitng I am heading away from tubes, again. As my 100% feed back indicates and to fully disclose I might advise the volume control be properly cleaned as there is a bit of initial static but sounds fine once set.
