I am the second owner. This pair was made for the owner of MFA as the best Bruce and Scott could do in this layout. I have owned and enjoyed the M-200-B, D and E (with full Scott Frankland updates) and this goes beyond them.. Triode mode for warmth and transparency offering just enough forgiveness to make you believe your recordings are really happening again now. Or Ultralinear mode for a lively and exciting presentation with all the tube body you want. Dual output transformers and oversized power supply and all the best goodies for top grade sound. Recently had new power supply capacitors and output tubes, so they are ready for many years of enjoyment. Will double box for safety.
