Mcintosh MC2000 50th anniversary amp

This is a Mcintosh 1999 year 50th anniversary 2 channel all tube power amp...

there was only 584 of these amps produced in the world for only ONE year

This amp was being transported from a delivery and was dropped and damaged 3 years ago..

It was sent to George Myer Tv&Sound-- a MCINTOSH authorized repair center..

It took one year to replace every part in the amp...this amp is better than new...

it has all new glass, new meters, new left and right side boards ,all new tubes--- everything was replaced and all parts were re-made by Mcintosh Corp --this process took 1 year to complete...

comes with all documents and original box

the 50th anniversary plaque itself has a scratch on it, from the drop and that is the ONLY part that MCINTOSH will not re-make...and it is not currently attached to the amp, but it does come with it...

--there is no power cord, as originally, I was using a nordost cord, of which I kept

PS-this amp was a personal amp for my own collection...I bought it from the original owner and during transport , as I said above, it was dropped while out of the box, so I called Mcintosh direct and talked to the nice lady there(they always answer the phone) and she said due to high demand , that if I sent it to Mcintosh, it would take 3 years to repair correctly, but recommended sending it to "George Myer Tv and Sound" in LA, who she ok'd as an Authorized Mcintosh Repair Center...I sent it there in April of 2013 and got it a little over a year later and used it once and due to a move, boxzed it and its been sitting boxed ever since.....she has all new TUBES
