Joule Electra LA-150 Mk2 tube line stage - Golden Ear Winner

Thanx for stopping by! Offering this very nice Joule Electra LA-150 MK2 tube line stage. I am selling this preamp to fund the purchase of a new Joule Electra LA-300ME. 

This particular unit is very clean, comes with original owner’s manual, remote and an extra set of tubes from the manufacturer. At the time I purchased this line stage I was informed that because it has the later ’green’ colored audio signal board, it is further upgradeable to the SE version. It comes with a remote volume control.

For what it’s worth, Joule’s support is quite impressive. This model has won a number of important accolades from reviewers ( including a ’Golden Ear’ Award by the redoubtable Harry Pearson) and has a strong following of owner/users here on Audiogon.

Sonically, within a highly resolving system, the unit has deep, palpable bass (not ’old tube’ style bloat, but real weight and depth) and very open, sweet and dimensional high frequencies. Interested parties can read further about this wonderful line stage at the Joule Electra website.

I will ship to a bona fide buyer in the United States.  (Fedex is, in my estimation, the best option, short of a local pick up). I rate the unit 9/10 as I really can’t find a mark on it.
