I am the original owner of this mint Headamp Blue Hawaii Special Edition (BHSE). This has the RK50 pot upgrade and two STAX jacks, is all black in color and 110V (note: can be rewired for 220V). Condition is 9/10, conservatively, based on age alone--I baby my equipment.
If you ordered today from HeadAmp you will be waiting one-and-a-half to two years.
Includes original box, umbilical, and power cord. Also includes matched quad of new issue Mullards (stock) and a matched quad of Psvane EL34PH metal base ($400)--both sets have seen minimal use.
